Bromley states there are plenty of areas where you can exercise your dog off the lead, but that this must be done in designated areas. No park-specific designation for Crystal Palace Park was published.

On-lead areas: Bromley's PSPO requires that, when outside the home, a dog must always be on a lead in the street and restricted areas and wear a collar.

A Public Spaces Protection Order applies here. Bromley's dog control PSPO was renewed from 1 September 2023 for three years and limits residents and professional dog walkers to a maximum of three dogs at any one time in a public place.
